As required by Wis. Stat. §70.05(5) Revaluation Notice STATE OF WISCONSIN City of Princeton, Green Lake County: A revaluation of property assessments in the City of Princeton shall occur for the 2026 assessment year. Revaluation notices are expected to be sent to property owners in August, 2026. Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Wis. Stat. §§943.13 and 943.15. The ability to enter land is subject to several qualifications and limitations, as described in the statutes. See https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/prefaces/toc for access to the Wisconsin Statutes, or a copy may be obtained from the municipal clerk upon payment of applicable copying charges. Notice given by: Elizabeth Amend, City of Princeton Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer *Curbside Brush & Leaf Pick-up is the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month weather permitting. Brush & leaves should not be put by the roadway more than a couple days prior to pick-up. Items must be separated and not co-mingled by the road. If items are not separated, a notice will be given and the next time your property will be passed by and not picked up until separated. Items should be in loose piles by the roadway vs. bagged.
*ATV/UTV 's are allowed to drive on City Streets in the City of Princeton.
*Utility Payments & Other Forms can utilize the Drop Box adjacent to the front door.
*Home & Business Address Numbers need to be visible from the roadway. Check to make sure your numbers are in a prominent location & can be seen from the roadway. This is especially important in emergency situations.
