Polls are open from 7:00am to 8:00pm on election days. Where do I apply for a dog license?Dog licenses are handled by the City Administrator's office. License fees are $5.00 for animals spayed or neutered and $10.00 for animals not spayed or neutered. Licenses are required each year by March 31st. In addition to the fee, owners are required to provide proof of rabies vaccination. When is recycling picked up?Recycling services are provided by Waste Management in conjunction with garbage. Recycling is picked up every other Monday, while garbage is picked up every Monday. A City-wide bulk pickup is always held in the spring and generally in the fall. A calendar of the dates is available on the website or at City Hall.
