City Departments


There are many ways in which the City of Princeton works to serve the community.  The following are the major departments of the city, including a description of their main functions.  If you need more information on a particular city function or service, these sections of the Web site should be helpful to you.

 

 

 


Administration

Responsible for overall city operations.  Key staff members include the City Administrator and the Executive Assistant.

Public Safety
Responsible for all safety and emergency activities in the City. Key staff members include the Chief of Police and officers, School Resource Officer, EMS personnel, and Emergency Management.

Public Works / Utilities 
Responsible for the major infrastructure and utilities of the City.  Key staff members include the Director of Public Works and the Utility Clerk.
